Delivery will exceptionally be longer than usual. As you may have guessed, there are fewer pickup and deliveries to protect the health of our carriers! 😉
It is therefore fairly likely you’ll receive your parcel later than you normally would using our services. But don’t worry! If you still haven’t received your parcel 4-5 days after your initial delivery estimate, please do contact us via our contact form (just click "contact" at the bottom of homepage).
Our customer service will do all it can to get back to you ASAP, although this too may take a little longer and they haven’t quite yet reached lightspeed! ☹
