That is why we’re adopting these necessary steps to stay safe:
Our customer service is working from home (yes, I am writing this from my couch in my pajamas 😉)
Our logistics team is following strict hygiene regulations so they can keep packing your orders
Our carriers have also adjusted their work standards and your parcel will thus be delivered directly in your mailbox while pickup point and signed deliveries are on hold
Delivery will exceptionally be longer than usual. As you may have guessed, there are fewer pickup and deliveries to protect the health of our carriers! 😉
It is therefore fairly likely you’ll receive your parcel later than you normally would using our services. But don’t worry! If you still haven’t received your parcel 4-5 days after your initial delivery estimate, please do contact us via our contact form (just click "contact" at the bottom of homepage).
Our Jedi team will do all it can to get back to you ASAP, although this too may take a little longer and they haven’t quite yet reached lightspeed! ☹
