Did you open your much-awaited package, only to find that it's missing one or more of the items you ordered? 😭
- The item you picked was too popular for its own good and it's out of stock 😥
👉 If that's the case, you should have already gotten an email letting you know that your item would be missing and store credit for the amount of the missing item.
- The item is in stock but one of our order pickers forgot to put it in your package
👉 If you haven't gotten a notification about an out-of-stock item, get in touch with our customer support team via our contact form (just click "contact" at the bottom of homepage)
Don't forget to include your order number, the name of the missing product and a picture of the packaging if it was damaged when it arrived.
