"preparing to ship" for a few days now
There are a few possibilities:
1) As the Covid-19 health crisis unfolds, fewer pickups and deliveries are organized to protect the health of our carriers!😉 It is therefore possible that your order may not be picked up from our warehouses within the usual timeframe
2) Our order pickers are super busy during periods like Black Friday, Christmas, and our annual sales, so there could be a slight delay in shipping. We're SO sorry.
(But the wait will only make its arrival that much sweeter!🌹)
3) If you've waited a few more business days and still haven't heard anything,
the product could be out of stock or there could be a problem with your shipping address that's holding things up.
